The cost of your move is determined by the size, complexity, and specific services required. To ensure accurate pricing, Quick Panda Moving offers a complimentary estimate. Estimates may be obtained online, by phone, or through an in-home assessment for local moves.

$169 per hour – Two movers and one truck
$229 per hour – Three movers and one truck
$69 per hour per mover/helper – Labour only

All hourly rates include standard moving equipment, basic supplies, and released liability valuation protection. Flat-rate pricing may be available upon request.

Do You Offer Last-Minute Moving Services?

Yes. While advance booking is recommended to secure preferred dates and times, we understand that urgent situations may arise. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate last-minute requests, subject to availability.

How Long Will My Move Take?

The duration of each move varies depending on factors such as property size, volume of belongings, distance, access conditions, packing requirements, and furniture assembly.

Estimated local moving durations for 2–3 movers and truck:

1–2 room condominium or apartment: 2–4 hours
3–5 room condominium/apartment or 2–3 room house/townhouse: 5–7 hours
4–5 room house/townhouse: 8–10 hours

Long-distance deliveries may take up to two weeks, depending on distance and logistics.

To facilitate an efficient move, clients are encouraged to ensure clear access and prepared pathways. Professional packing services are available upon request.

Can I Get an Estimate Over the Phone, Text, or Email?

Yes. We are able to provide estimates over the phone, by text, or via email based on the information you provide.

Please note that without a physical or in-home assessment, the estimate represents an approximate duration rather than a guaranteed timeframe. If the estimated duration aligns with your budget, our team will make every reasonable effort to complete the move efficiently and within the anticipated time range.

For the most accurate pricing and scheduling, an in-home or virtual assessment is recommended whenever possible.

What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?

Payment for your move with Quick Panda Moving is due upon arrival at the destination and prior to unloading the moving truck.

Is My Property Protected During Transit?

Yes. Valuation protection is provided in accordance with applicable regulations and carrier tariffs. Valuation is not insurance coverage and may be subject to limitations. Clients are advised to consult their homeowners or renters insurance provider for additional coverage options. Valuation Protection Options:

1. Released Liability Protection (Included)

Provided at no additional cost
Coverage of $0.60 per pound per item
Example: A 75 lb item would be covered up to $45
Selection confirmed by initialing the bill of lading

2. Replacement Value Protection (Optional)

Full-value coverage for loss or damage
